Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed, insured, and bonded.

We carry Workman’s Comp insurance for our awesome employees, and commercial insurance on all our vehicles and trailers.
How long will it take to get the job done?
Every job is different but we strive for efficiency and after giving an estimate, we will be happy to calculate an estimated timeline for completion.
How do your deposits work?
We generally ask for 50% down before ordering materials and 50% when the job is completed to your standards. This helps protect you (and us) from receiving a poor experience and finished project.
How long have you been in business?
I have been in business about 4 years as a general contractor and before that was managing construction projects for multiple companies. Our Oregon LLC (Worrall Contractors LLC) was born in 2021.
What payment methods do you take?
We are happy to take payments in any form of credit or ach transfer. Checks or cash are always best.
We also offer a 10% discount for cash payments.
Do you offer military, first responder, or senior discounts?
Yes we do offer 5% discount for military and would be happy to discuss further options to work the price down.
We also offer a 10% discount if paying with cash, but sadly, we can’t combine that with another discount.
Do we need a permit?
Yes, if the job is something that is required to have a permit in the state of Oregon we highly recommend going with us, so that you have all the proper permits and paperwork.
You can get taxed and fined for not doing the right thing the first time. It’s often a case of “you don’t know what you don’t know”, and we’ll guide you through the entire process to avoid any unfortunate consequences.

Yes, we do use subcontractors for painting and roofing services. We have had a long-standing relationship with the team we use and 100% trust them. When

Yes, I would be happy to provide you with a list of references from customers that I have done work for. Our reviews are fantastic if you haven’t seen them yet, but we’re happy to have customers from previous projects tell their story also.
Do you have any complaints on your CCB?
Yes, I have one from a customer we were not able to work things out with.
We tried to make things right, and definitely learned a lesson from that one. I would be happy to explain if needed.
